Nia Gwynne
Nia’s TV credits include the ITV drama THE LONG CALL, as well as TEMPLE for Sky, EMMERDALE for ITV, Y SWN for S4C and THE SNOW SPIDER, SHAKESPEARE AND HATHAWAY, THE SYNDICATE, CASUALTY, EASTENDERS, STICK OR TWIST and BELONGING all for the BBC.
Her film credits include TOLKIEN for Fox Searchlight, the BAFTA winning film PRIDE directed by Matthew Warchus, British features DARKEST HOUR, RESISTANCE and SHADOWDANCER and the Film4 / Warp Films short, ‘THE ORGAN GRINDER’S MONKEY’ starring Rhys Ifans and Kevin Spacey.
Among her many credits for the RSC, Nia played Tamora in TITUS ANDRONICUS and Goneril in KING LEAR at the Barbican and in New York. Her other theatre credits include roles with Young Vic, Northern Stage, Royal Exchange, Bolton Octagon, National Theatre Wales, English Touring Theatre and Salisbury Playhouse.
